Nutritional Hair Test Kit
This do-it-yourself sample collecting kit will be shipped to you. Upon receiving, you will read the instructions included in the kit and have someone help you collect your sample from the occipital area of your head. Once you carefully place your 4 hair strands properly in their place, you will then mail the kit to the given address (no postage necessary). It is recommended to take your sample at the beginning of the week to allow a swift delivery, as this will ensure your hair scan is more accurate. The less time it takes to get from your home to the lab, the better. Be aware of any holidays that may delay shipping.
Once the lab receives your hair and scans it, a comprehensive report will be sent to both you and me. When the results are received, we will set up a virtual appointment to go over everything and come up with an action plan according to the findings. The action plan will include dietary and lifestyle suggestions, and possibly supplemention.
